French ice dancer Gabriella Papadakis was one of the favorites to win a gold medal at this year’s Winter Olympics. Unfortunately as her dance partner spun her around during their routine, Gabriella’s nipple slipped out of her dress and was caught on camera by reporters present at the scene.
