We don’t know what is going on with Sarah Hyland, but in her recent public appearance she looks absolutely awful. Her makeup looks like it was done by circus clowns and those big brown glasses do nothing to compliment her cute face. The only redeeming quality of her outfit is that the low cut sequin dress she wore freed her nipples for all present reporters to photograph and enjoy.
